Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We have two cafes in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago. Many of our baristas are students at the University of Chicago. Our speciaties include coffee and housemade gelato.
About Me:
I left the corporate world over 3 years ago to open a speciaty coffee and gelato shop with one of my brothers. Neither of us had prior restaurant experience, but we made an early commitment to serving the highest quality coffee, espresso, and gelato that our machines, budget, and know-how would allow. The recipe worked - we just opened our second cafe.
