Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I owned and operated a successful cafe and natural food shop for 12 years and am presently employed part time in a natural food deli/cafe/supermarket. I also am the Cuisine Dept Head at the awesome church I attend (Living Hope Christian Assembly) where I have the privilege of planning, preparing and overseeing the food and beverage component of most events and celelbrations. I still offer cafe consulting services, baking and recipe development for many clients. I look forward to growing more in this industry and would love to re open and/or manage a cafe one day soon.

Greece, France, Italy, Africa.
About Me:
I am married w three fabulous children ( plus another in heaven). I am a passionate christian and desire strongly to add much more love to this world through prayer, care and friendship/relationship building with people. My joy and gifting is all about the cafe and hospitality industry! I cannot walk in a cafe w/out evaluating the flow, the atmosphere, the quality of coffee, menu selections and service. About My Company:
My previous company ( which I closed to raise my kids) was an amzing cafe/deli that specialized in fabulous coffee and to-die-for cuisine with an alternative flare. We specialized in "all natural" healthy menu selections including gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and organice faire. Presently, I manage the bakery at a fun Natural Food Supermarket with a really hoppin' deli/cafe. I aspire to branch out on my own again; this time involving my children. Our church is embarking on a gigantic mission of building a really funky upbeat and inviting cafe. I am already in the throws of helping with the design and layout. This is exciting and motivating!!
