About Me:
Home barista, home roaster and coffee enthusiast for over four years. Ditched the corporate world and been ecstatic to be working as a barista in an espresso bar since mid-March 2008.
About My Company:
Dark Horse Espresso Bar. The people on either side of the counter are awesome to work with! Espresso offerings from Intelligentsia and 49th Parallel... as are the French Press coffee and retail packs. Espresso equipment: 2x Anfim Titaniums, 1x Mazzer for the decaf, 4-group La Marzocco FB80.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Other than the coffee itself, the people :)
