Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Our little coffee shop in Helensburgh is a modest enterprise; we do home-made soups and snacks, have some home-baking - but our claim to fame is the very friendly (ok, sometimes really wacky!) atmosphere. Even in the winter months, we have a great support from local customers.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

One of these days, we'll visit New Zealand - we've got family there. I also want to return to Germany and Austria - because they're beautiful, and some more European countries because I either only know them slightly or I've never been there before.

I don't know quite what to say about me - apart from having a friendly nature!

About My Company:

We've supported Scottish craftsmen and women by stocking our gift shop with their works - and will continue to do so as long as we think there is a market for this. We sell online and are developing our online presence so that one day we can "retire" but still earn a living if we need to do so :O)

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

We get to meet so many nice people - ok, you sometimes see human nature in a less congenial mood, but generally, it's great fun.
