About Me:
A lifelong coffee enthusiast, I opened a gourmet coffee shop to the tourist town of Tepoztlan, Morelos, Mexico, two years ago, after some training from PT Coffee, using a La Marzocco Linea they sold me. Clients told me we served the best coffee they had had in Mexico, but the market for great coffee turns out to be very small in this little town.
