Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I run a speciality café in southern Bavaria near Munich at one of the most beautiful lakes (tegernsee.com) I roast all my 30 different coffees on a Probat roaster built 1920. We serve our guests every day another coffee, so they can join us on a travel through the wonderful world of coffee. Just bought a Jemen Harazi and roasted it! Freaky stuff...
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I worked as an export manager before and therefore travelled the world. Whereever it would be possible to travel to, I would go! I love the world and its different cultures!
