Barista training with Don Holly at SCAA in Longbeach, Ca in 2000. I have owned a bakery/cafe for several years. We did cuppings and held espresso training & latte art for the public. The latest venture was a Food Truck.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I have been fortunate with travel. I'd love to go back to Italy & England. I'd like to visit Athens one day.
