Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have worked in coffee shops, coffee Carts, Drive thru shops, and warehouse locations, I have worked for small one shop places to corporate shops such as Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf as well as Starbucks. Both after having learned how to Roast coffee from a professional SCAA certified Roast Master who is beyond that. I currently am head roaster for a small one shop company in Sedona Arizona.

Forget NO FEAR, for the breaking point of Fear is the Thrill of the adrenalin rush. That sums the life I have lead. I have backpacked since the 70's, mountainbiked since the 80's and helped the progression of mountainbiking in Sedona during the 90's. I have been kayaking and river rafting through the 2000's. I live to Roast Coffee and I Roast Coffee so that I may live life to the fullest.

The Chance to contribute to it throuh further Roasting experience and judging coffee in other contries like my mentors that I apprenticed under.
