I am very new to the industry. I am currently opening up my own coffee shop in a space that used to be our towns brewery.

About Me:
I live in a small town with a passion to bring an intentionally brewed coffee and an artisan driven eclectic space to drink it in to our community.
About My Company:
We are in infancy of my company and still havent even decided on a name.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love to drink coffee but after I took the first Barista class at True Stone in Minneapolis I love the history and the ability to make a difference on sourcing. I love that simply everything that goes into making that cherry drinkable effects the brew.
