Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I work with the Casa De Intag- I very small fair trade store and coffee shop in the town of Otavalo , Ecuador. It is very near to the area that I grew up in. I have worked as a barista and am currently trying to help the store upgrade and become more successful. The Casa de Intag has an important social and environmental cause- supporting economic alternatives to large scale mining in the Intag area of Ecuador. Organic coffee cultivation is one of those alternatives.

About Me:
I am a 23 year old Ecuadorian that grew up on a small coffee farms in the mountains of Ecuador. I am from a small community in the Intag region of Ecuador and my family is part of a network of coffee farmers attempting to create economic alternatives to the threat of large scale copper mining.
