Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

i have a coffee n donut shoppe. everything is to go, as i have very limited space. i recently ( dec. '09) attended The American Barista & Coffee School in Portland, OR.... i currently serve Green Mountain Coffee in my shoppe, but am looking for a local roaster in hopes of switching over slowly from Green Mountain to a local roaster

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I would love to visit any and all coffee growing regions... I love traveling, so I'd like to see what the world has :)

About Me:

I'm 25 years old, and grew up in Lancaster County, PA.... live on a small farmette now and my coffee shoppe is about an hour from here in Bristol, PA... If you want to know anything else, I'm guessing there's a place somewhere on here that you can ask me :)

About My Company:

Mary's Gourmet Donut Shoppe is located in an Amish Farmers Market. It is a closed building with about 14 different vendors in. We are only open Thurs, Fri, & Sat. and don't have late eve hours.. I have about 450 sq ft of space, and besides having coffee in that space, I also make fresh,homemade donuts from scratch

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The fact that you have ever expanding options and also educating myself, then passing that on to the customers
