Hi, There! I'm the Barista Supervisor at the Yelp office in downtown DC. We serve complementary Espresso drinks to the Yelp employees Monday through Friday,8-4pm. This position would include full time hours and benefits.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would love to visit Croatia or Bosnia
About Me:
I've been working for Yelp (in their cafes) for the past 3 years. Before that I worked at two cafes in the San Francisco area. I'm a firm believer in the sentiment "the more you learn, the less you know." This definitely applies to the coffee world and I love honing my skills and learning from colleagues and roasters alike.
About My Company:
This is a brand new location for Yelp so we are currently only serving 150+ individuals. This is a growing office so each month we are becoming busier. We also rotate roasters each quarter, which gives us a chance to communicate with the coffee world at large and keeps life and business from becoming dull.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Expanding my palette--learning new things.
