I am hoping to gain some insight and education from coffee professionals.
About Me:
I am new at owning a coffee shop. We opened 3 months ago and our coffee drinks are getting better every day. I would love forsomeone to come to our shop and train us. We also sell Italian desserts and pastries, but our specialty item is Artisan Gelato which we make in our store. I have been putting all of my time into the gelato business and I feel we all could use some coffee training. Any help would be appreciated.
