Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm an okay barista, I can get some nice micro-foam most of the time, I know how to pull a good shot but my Latte art is a little week. Most importantly I know how to make what I like!

I run a service department for a small fair trade, transparent coffee roaster in Madison WI. I love coffee, the culture, the equipment, tweeking machines to see how I can get the best shot of espresso!
