Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I work at a little coffeeshop in the church I attend. We have been open since February 2007, so I don't really have all that much experience yet, as its the first time I have worked at a coffeeshop. One of the other baristas that work here, Sean Bartley, is also on here. Sean and I are trying to learn as much as possible about the coffee industry, as quickly as possible. We work on latte art a lot, and I believe that Sean is ready to compete. I am not quite ready yet though.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Anywhere outside of Midland. It's kinda dull here.

About Me:

I'm a 16 year old barista working on my skills as much as I can. I live in a city where we have churches on every corner, about 4 coffeeshops and 2 starbucks, and we pretend that there is nothing wrong with the city. I would really like to travel to Seattle again, maybe go to another Coffeefest. I learned a lot out there, but now that I'm back home, I learned how much I missed in Seattle. It's kinda hard to go back there again, as I really can't go by myself yet.
