I have worked and trained for a European high street brand coffee shop and have now been working and training for a very busy, award winning independent coffee shop / cafe in Leeds called Opposite Managed by UKBC Competitor and London School of Coffee Lecturer; Louisa Henry. I have, in the past, been asked to prepare coffee for several special events in the UK including VIP backstage Bar at Glastonbury festival 2008 for the likes of Kings of Leon and Hot Chip. I am now preparing to compete in the 2010 UKBC having observed the competition for a couple of years.
