About Me:

My name is Matthew Wallace Gibbons. I like my coffee black. I like loud music with a non-repetitive beat over the tempo of one-hundred-and-twenty beats per minute. I like concerts, Little Five Points / Inman Park, driving on a sunny day with windows down, making friends with strangers at coffee shops, and exploring new cities. I'm not sure what's going to happen after high school, but I plan on going to college somewhere to study and prepare for a career in communications (public relations or broadcast production). I prefer black over green tea, I'm not a fan of wooden pencils, and I still can't write in cursive.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

I love the constant change of ideas and transparency that exists in the specialty coffee industry.
