I've worked ten years as a barista in Germany. It was not a thrd-wave coffee shop, but a fast-pace small "commercial coffee" shop. In addition, I've developed brewing courses in Spanish here in Costa Rica

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Colombia, Ethipia, U.S. and many more :)

About Me:

I grew up in a coffee shop as my family owned one in Germany. I was 13 when I first touched an espresso machine. But only 10 years later a started to develop my interest for coffee. Now I'm living in Costa Rica. I started as a trainer for brewing and roasting and dived in the world of cupping and quality assessment.

About My Company:

Together with a friend (a former roasting dtudent of mine) we've started an own coffee brand called Tico Coffee. In some weeks we will launch our blog and in some months we want to launch our coffee roasted here in Costa Rica. We want to sell it in the U.S. and over here for now. Our focus is on organic and high-quality coffee from small producers packed in environmentally-friendly packaging.
