About Me:
Founder of Te & Kaffehuset. Founder of HBC, Home Barista Championship. Beginning of 2008 I will set up a new roastery in Malmö, Sweden. Educate baristas Assistant coach of the winning Swedish barista team at NBC 2007. I have a dedicated coffeeheart in terms of quality, new thinking, customers and all the people in the industry. Always with taste and flavours in centre. I have a lot to give and a lot to learn (don´t we all?). I have a very wide range of knowlidge, but my main thing would be taste, quality, blending coffee and how to get the coffee out to the people (selling) and building bridges between homebaristas and the industry.
