I was a barista long, long ago yet I don't remember what I learned then...college was a ways back! I am working on my espresso skills, but I do know a great deal about Fair Trade and specialty coffee.

I've always loved coffee, but I never knew how much until I joined Peace Coffee! I still have my coffee & barista training wheels on, but hopefully with some help from a few coffee geeks, I can work my way to expert status!
