I have a cafe in Center City Philadelphia where I serve sandwiches, pastries, coffee and soups. I have a brand new La Marzocco Gb5 and I LOVE it.

About Me:
I was trained by Matt Miletto and his crew at ABC. That was the first time I ever used an espresso machine and am now serving the best coffee in Philadelphia. Although I am only 22 years old, I believe my age has helped me in the industry. I have learned much about the coffee industry and serving a good cup, but still have MUCH to learn!
