Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I love making latte art, I love getting to know coffee down to a science. This is my drive and my everyday enjoyment about being a barista. What I enjoy about working at cafes is getting people into the coffee as much as I am by telling them a little about the bean that they're drinking, giving them a taste of something else that we're brewing so that they can learn that there is indeed a variety of favors that come from different beans from different regions of the world. It's all about the little things.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Europe, obviously. Central America. I love New York's coffee scene, but I'd love to check out Seattle's and California's. Philadelphia's coffee community is awesome. I just visited Washington DC recently and it was a pleasant surprise to see that there's a great coffee scene there too.
