About Me:

While I teach espresso and brewing skills, I actually most enjoy teaching coffee appreciation/cupping, financial management, and how to increase bean sales. Sounds crazy, I know, but those are the areas where even great baristas often get frustrated. I like helping people see that it makes good business sense to have great quality drinks and beans.
