We have been in buisiness here for one year. I maintain the absolute highest standards for the baristas that work for me; having to know the coffees we roast in great detail as well as being masters of preparation and espresso art, as it is required on every drink we serve.

About Me:
I began my roasting career as an original owner/roaster of caffe vita coffee roasting co. in seattle back in 1994. This is where I developed my mastering of small batch roasting and blend development. I also have a BS in biochemistry from Seattle Univ. which I use to maintain absolute consistency in my roasting.
About My Company:
Caffe Luce is a roasteria located at maingate sqaure at the Univ. of Arizona. We are the only true artisan roaster in the area. My mission is to bring the highest level of coffee to the southwest; there is a great coffee culture developing here!
