Seven virtues has been open for about 2 years and we serve Stumptown coffee. We have an extensive drink menu but believe in being transparent so we use products with as few as ingredients as possible. We use organic syrups, local products, and practice sustainability. We focus on serving great espresso and educate our customers whenever possible.
About Me:
My wife and I own seven virtues and we have a baby on the way. We have lived in Portland Or for about 4 years. I am from California and Misa is from NY. Most of my work experience revolved around counseling adolescents so talking with lots of different people comes naturally to me.
About My Company:
We currently have 5 employees and generally have a relaxed atmosphere. We go above and beyond to serve high quality espresso, drinks, and limited food items. We also aim to be the cleanest shop in Portland along with the friendliest. Seven virtues has monthly art openings and has become a hub in the North Mt. Tabor neighborhood.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The increasing availability of high quality coffee beans.
