Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

'RE-' is an atomospheric coffee shop (especially at night and in the early morning hours) adorned by plush, mostly antique, living room furniture arranged as to provide privacy to small and large groups alike in a nevertheless public environment. It sports a trio of small tables (all the better for partaking in the often changing and very delicious soups, salads, and plethora of sandwich combinations offered). While strongly encouraging RE-lational interaction it offers free Wi-Fi to those focused on more individual pursuits. Local artists of various kinds offer their wares for visual enjoyment as well as purchase and one is always encouraged to place at least one piece in the ever 'in process' puzzle. Upon entering the establishment one is encouraged to take their pick of the many different mugs and glasses available (all arranged by size and purpose of course) perusing the large menu above and approach the awaiting barista located next to the locally made pastries situated so frustratingly behind a thick pane of glass. Several drip coffees from different global regions are available in traditional airpots which the owner assures me will soon be replaced by coffee flowing from, very untraditionally, gravity fed beer taps. French press and single pour coffees are additions to the already substantial drink menu to be expected in the coming months, and I have heard tell that extended hours and adult beverages may be on the horizon as well with periodic appearences by local music artists and poets.
