Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I worked for the Green Apron for a few years prior and in to college until the uptight corporate attitude started to be more of a hindrance than great benefits were worth. I got a barback job at Joe: the Art of Coffee on Waverly and Sixth Avenue in Greenwich Village. Since then I have been given a shot as a Barista and am currently working on my reprogramming from corporate to independent Barista.
