Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am currently going from EMS after 20 years and learning to run a coffee shop. I am going to take college classes in food and beverage Mgt. ( I am going to take day classes so I will be the old guy people make fun of LOL) Then I will go to barista school to learn all about coffee and how to make specialty drinks.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

My wife and I are looking at NC or Fla. We are not sure which way life will lead us.

About Me:

I am a dad of three with a hard working wife. I left EMS to be a stay home mom. I hate the fact that my honey works as hard as she does, so I am going to work harder to bring her home so she can be a true soccer mom. Right now I sell shirts for a living at home, have a coffee one too.

About My Company:

Not open yet. I am in the dream stage with a lot of notes. I visit other java shops to get idea's. I think I have a lay out for when I am ready, but I have to do some school and book learning.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Fresh coffee period. LOL
