Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I got involved in specialty coffee business after tasting the coffee from Barefoot Coffee Roasters that was served at Tiago Coffee shop in Hollywood. I got really fascinated by fruity notes and buttery mouthfeel of one of the coffee that was served. I got intrigued by latte art, and from that point I decided to devote myself to coffee from coffee cherry to processing methods to roasters and to coffee shop.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Central, South America, Africa, all coffee producing countries including Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

Barista who truly appreciate specialty coffee, the right brewing methods of pour over, Chemex and Siphon. Perfection of espresso shot and milk texture.
