Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I am obsessed with coffee! I have been working in coffee for three years and been training for almost two. I used to work in the wine industry, so I have a fairly developed palate. I hand tamp all my shots, my drinks are all free poured with latte art. I am constantly tasting and making adjustments to achieve the best quality drink possible. I also try to educate people as much as possible. I engage customers in conversation and hold public and private cuppings.

I am a musician with an obsession for coffee. I have a degree in music and play in various bands. I also am really into movies. I have a wife and a kitty.

Every aspect has an inherent artistry within it. The better you get, the more you dont know.
