About Me:
I own and operate a coffee house in Arlington Tx. It is my first time opening a coffee shop but i have worked in the industry for over 10 years here in the USA and in Canada. I have always been surrounded by coffee shops, worked and made great friends and connections in the many independantly owned cafes that are located in Montreal Canada so it's only natural that i open my own!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
the coffee itself, it's many uses, the constant demand for coffee
