    About Me:

I used to be a T.V. postproducer at Mexico City, but for the sake of my family, we moved to the town of Pachuca. Here, I worked as teacher at La Salle University in communications, specifically Movie Language, Motion Design, Animation, Journalism and Communication & Culture.

    About My Company:

Me and my brother started Espresso Central as a small coffee bar, with almost no knowledge on coffee. But as time went by, we've been very lucky to have good friends in coffee industry. We also went to Seattle, to try the coffees offered there, and found a huge gap in quality with the mexican industry. We'd like to come as close as posible to better coffee industries.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

People. Usually, people in this industry are very interesting, looking for the Holy Grail of coffee or experimenting with new beverages. We like to study history, geopolitics, sociology; we are interested in our world.
