Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I grew up in my family's coffee shop and started working behind the bar in 2002 until the shop was sold in 2009. I then stumbled upon PT's one day, applied, and fell in love with coffee again when I realized I didn't know anything about it.... And now I am on a never-ending quest for knowledge.
About Me:
I am currently preparing for my second year of barista competition after placing 3rd at the 2009-2010 MWRBC. I am the Manager of Coffee Quality Control (or Coffee Czar) at PT's retail location.
About My Company:
PT's is a quality driven company that uses mostly Direct Trade, buying and roasting some of the best coffees from around the world. We were named the 2009 roasters of the year for Roast magazine.
