Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I dont own a coffee shop. But yes, am gaining experience in barista skills. As well as for being a good barista other than his/her skills there are lot other factors like machine, blend, grinder..so am concentrating on that aspects too. Am not master of all this things but am master in learning and training and teaching guys who are enthusiastic and passionate to learn. In india coffee culture is slowly making its way..especially in north india. There is a lack of good baristas and baristis. And there is lack of technology reg espresso machines, roasters in india. Am enthusiastic, passionate to learn technical aspects of machinaries, roasters and barista skills and especially coffee which becomes foundation for espresso machines or for roasters. I want to learn more and more about coffee, so that i can share what i have gained with passionate folks of coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Any where in the world especially Italy where coffee tradition has emerged, to place where research on chemical composition of coffee is going on, to place where research on roasting technology is going on, to place where research about espresso machinaries is happening... to places where people are passionate about coffee.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
the way its emerging, the way its creating revolutions in the world...coffee its a small bean but around it a world is built..!!! its aroma is spreading all over the world.
