About Me:
Although I am a neophyte in the coffee industry, I have many, many years as an artist working on anything from sets in Hollywood, calligraphy, sumi painting, stained glass, to developing a curriculum for the art department at a private school.
About My Company:
The place I work is very old school from their approach to coffee, roasting, espresso, to latte art presentation.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
It's all so new to me. I feel like a kid in a candy shop learning all about it.
