Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I do not have a coffee shop, but I just purchased the Breville BES920XL espresso machine. I have had it for one week and I'm learning.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Israel, Guatemala, England
About Me:
I am a retired computer tech (16 years computer tech and 10 years office work prior to tech work) who started out roasting coffee for the fun of it using an i-Roast. When I retired I purchased a Solar roaster from Coffee-Tech Engineering. So began my small career in roasting coffee!
About My Company:
I am but a small specialty coffee company. I don't want to be huge, but I love roasting coffee for others and have it as fresh as can be!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love finding out more about coffee and different blends; creating as I go. What not to blend and what to blend is a challenge at times!
