Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I work at a specialty coffee shop where we use Ecco Caffe coffee beans. I'm new to the world of coffee and try my best to make coffee drinks with the minimal training that I have. We use the Norther Italian espresso from Ecco Caffe including various amounts of their organic & Fair trade coffee beans. Us at Caffe Sportivo use a Synesso espresso machine and I love it! That's it and that's all fools
