Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We brew by the cup via chemex and are experimenting with V60s. We're also known to bust out the Hario Syphon. I lead public cuppings at the shop and on top of my barista duties make chocolate and confections to sell.

About Me:
I'm a barista, I play with a GB5 and I'm supplied with all the chocolate I want to make truffles with. That's right. I judged at the South East Regionals this year in Atlanta and I'm judging the USBC in Anaheim. Love it.
