I'm always interested in travelling to Italy, to Spain, to South America. For the people and culture, as well as the coffee.

About Me:

I started out working in the coffee industry in Melbourne, in 2004, working for a couple of years for a couple of roasters, where I dealt with all facets of the business, from making coffee, to roasting, to selling. Then I moved to Brisbane and became one of the main baristas at a very busy delicatessen. From there I found myself go to Europe, where I worked with a Cheese company helping them to create a coffee line. Having returned to Australia, and gone down different roads, I returned to my first love, that is coffee.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The coffee, and the machines that produce it well.
