Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have worked in South African, Australia and the United States. I have trained other baristas in general barista skills as well as latte art techniques. I have experience working in a coffee shop where the coffee was roasted in-house.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Pacific North West (USA), Cape Town (South Africa), Sydney and melbourne (Australia), New Zealand and Western Europe (France, England, Ireland, Scotland, Spain, Italy, Greece)

I am 28 years old and have been in the coffee industry for over seven years. I am a musician and a surfer. Both activities I believe greatly influences my approach to coffee.

I work for Axum Coffee (Orlando, FL), a coffee shop specializing in high end coffee while also being completely not for profit.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The fact that you have to be part explorer, part mad scientist, part visionary and completely crazy to be a part of it.
