About Me:
I'm a barista at Java Jive cafe and Fitzy's Bean and Bistro in Salmon Arm, British Columbia. I've fostered a coffee obsession for the past four years, and been a barista for two. As a small town barista I tend to take a position fighting the good fight, promoting specialty coffee in the form that we like to consider ideal; letting the coffee speak for itself without enhancements like flavouring, etc. More info to come...
