Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've opened two coffee shops, both outside Portland, Or. My barista skills are probably "advanced-beginner". I'm no stranger to espresso and I have a great set of tools at my disposal, (LM GB5, Mazzer Roburs), but I have a lot left to learn!
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
All over the world! India, Russia, Austria, South Africa, Cambodia, Argentina, Brazil, Nicaragua.
About Me:
I'm 32, married to a great woman who's a better roaster than me. I have three kids, 6, 3 & 2, all of whom love coffee and eagerly seek unattended Americanos. I love coffee, the people that are involved in the industry, all of the cool equipment & gear associated with it. I live in the pacific northwest, don't mind the rain very much, love the outdoors, don't spend enough time in it & need to lose 20 pounds.
