well so far I've roasted coffee in Boulder, CO, In NYC I've done Espresso tech work for few places and managed two cafes, one in Manhattan and one in Brooklyn. I've got to go to Brazil and see Octavio farm and stay there for a week.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Any place that grows coffee would be an amazing adventure
