Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am a starting barista but I've been roasting coffee for a little over a year now on a 12 kilo roaster. We do small production roasting of specialty coffee at about a rate of 1500 pounds a month minimum I'd guess.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Weird, I love Ireland And Scotland. I'm interested in nyc. South France sounds lovely too. As well as anything in the coffee belt of course.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

I love the specialty coffee community there is a real sense of care and commitment to quality in ann arbor especially that really makes it worth my time.
