Unending thirst for new information. And I don't want to see coffee get all snobby and unapproachable like wine. After working in both independent and corporate stores for nearly six years, I opened my own coffeehouse. That's when I really became a barista.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Places I can get to without flying.
About Me:
A native Portlander, my love for good coffee and beer is in my veins. I recently married and rarely venture to other side of the river. Owning a coffeehouse doesn't leave much time for hobbies, but I also love movies, books and the Blazers.
About My Company:
I opened Twin Paradox with my mom in December 2003. We're a neighborhood joint located in Sellwood.
