About Me:
I have worked a variety of positions, including manager in restaurants but took a 10 year hiatus from that scene to become a certified personal trainer. But the intrigue and comfort of coffee and the many nuances of its existence fuel a passion to learn everything possible in the coffee world/industry. I am just starting with Barista training and would love to learn all aspects of the business from bean to cup.
