About Me:
I'm a 21 year old college student, majoring in International Affairs (South American) and would love to work in the Fair Trade industry at some point. I could probably make espresso the rest of my life and be entirely happy.

Maple St. Bistro is a newly-opened, locally-owned shop in Spokane, WA. A community oriented business, we have live acoustic shows and serve the delicious local roaster, Craven's Coffee.
