About Me:
I started in the espresso industry in 1995, back then the machines were not all that grand nor were the high tech, as times have change over the years I have had to keep up on the changes with machines, grinders and espresso roast. Shot times, and more.
In the early years La Marzocco had what I felt was the best machine on the market. I mean how could you go wrong with a double boiler set up.
But again as technology has moved foreword, So has my taste in machines. So La Marzocco, but your technology is still that of 1997, with prices being to high on the same machines from that time period.
Today we use a Energy saving machine from Wega. The Machine Is The Wega Concept Green Machine.
