I do not have any coffee shop or barista skills, but I am in the market for a coffee roaster, and have been looking at the Diedrich IR-3 roasters.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Have already travelled to Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and are interested in traveling to Nicaragua, Panama and Columbia.
About Me:
I do not have any coffee shop or barista skills, but I am in the market for a coffee roaster, and have been looking at the Diedrich IR-3 roasters.
About My Company:
I own and operate a restaurant in the Riviera Maya, located in Quintana Roo, Mexico, called Restaurante Oscar y Lalo, and I am interested in roasting and marketing my own brand of coffee, both for consumption and sale in my restaurant, and for the sale to other restaurants, hotels, resorts and local residents.
