I've been making coffee for about 6 years. I love the detail oriented nature of making coffee. The nuances of a good shot and silky smooth milk. I never tire of the process - and only occasionally tire of the customers.

About Me:
I got my start at Herkimer Coffee on Phinney Ridge in Seattle in 2003. Fell in love with the whole process of making a great drink. Opened my own shop in Edmonds, WA in July of 2006.
About My Company:
Walnut Street Coffee opened in July of 2006. We serve Vivace Coffee, have a bustling business and a crew of 7.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I really enjoy about everything. Coffee, customers, even the bookkeeping.
